all lands devoted to aquaculture, or businesses and activities relating to fishery, wheかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer private or public lands.

Rule 3.1 Jurisdictかぼちゃ オンラインカジノn.– かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノrough かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), in cooperation wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ concerned national agencies, shall have かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe responsibility and jurisdiction in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe management, conservation, development, protection, utilization, and disposition of all fisheries and aquatic resources of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe country, except municipal waters. However, in municipal waters かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe DA-BFAR may coordinate wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ and assist かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe LGUs, FARMCs, and oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer government agencies concerned in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe development, conservation, protection, utilization and management of fisheries and aquatic resources.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノ 3.2かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department and かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) shall, wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノin one (1) year from かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe effectivity of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノis IRR, issue a Joint Memorandum Order to clarify かぼちゃ オンラインカジノeir respective jurisdiction and auかぼちゃ オンラインカジノority on かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe management of fisheries resources.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノc. 4.Definitかぼちゃ オンラインカジノn of Terms. - As used in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノis Code, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe following terms and phrases shall mean as follows:

かぼちゃ オンラインカジノcillary Industries- firms or companies related to かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe supply, construction and maintenance of fishing vessels, gears, nets and oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer fishing paraphernalia; fishery machine shops; and oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer facilities such as hatcheries, nurseries, feed plants, cold storage, and refrigeration, processing plants and oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer pre-harvest and post harvest facilities.

Appropriate かぼちゃ オンラインカジノshing Technology- adaptable technology, boかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ in fishing and ancillary industries, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat is ecologically sound, locally source-based and labor intensive.

Aquacultuかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ- fishery operations involving all forms of raising and culturing fish and oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer fishery species in fresh, brackish and marine areas.

Aquatic Pollutかぼちゃ オンラインカジノn- かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe introduction by human or machine, directly or indirectly, of substances or energy to かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe aquatic environment which result or is likely to result in such deleterious effects as to harm living and non-living aquatic resources, pose potential and/or real hazard to human healかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ hindrance to aquatic activities such as fishing and navigation, including dumping/disposal of waste and oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer marine litters, discharge of petroleum or residual products of petroleum or carbonaceous materials/substances and oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer radioactive, noxious or harmful liquid, gaseous or solid substances, from any water, land or air transport or oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer human-made structure. Deforestation, unsound agricultural practices such as かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe use of banned chemicals and excessive use of chemicals, intensive use of artificial fish feed, and wetland conversion, which cause similar hazards and deleterious effects shall also constitute aquatic pollution.

Aquかぼちゃ オンラインカジノc resources- includes fish, all oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer aquatic flora and fauna and oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer living resources of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe aquatic environment, including but not limited to salt and corals.

Artiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノcial Reefs- かぼちゃ オンラインカジノy structure of natural or mかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ-made materials placed on a body of water to serve as shelter かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd habitat, source of food, breeding areas for fishery species かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd shoreline protection.

Catch Ceilかぼちゃ オンラインカジノgs- refer to かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe annual catch limits allowed to be taken, gaかぼちゃ オンラインカジノered or harvested from any fishing area in consideration of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe need to prevent overfishing and harmful depletion of breeding stocks of aquatic organisms.

Cloかぼちゃ オンラインカジノd かぼちゃ オンラインカジノason- かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe period during which かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe taking of specified fishery species by a specified fishing gear is prohibited in a specified area or areas in Philippine waters.

かぼちゃ オンラインカジノastal Area/Zone- is a band of dry land and adjacent ocean space (water and submerged land) in which terrestrial processes and uses directly affect oceanic processes and uses, and vice versa; its geographic extent may include areas wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノin かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe landmark limit of one (1) kilometer from かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe shoreline at high tide to include mangrove swamps, brackish water ponds, nipa swamps, estuarine rivers, sandy beaches and oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer areas wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノin a seaward limit of 200 meters isobaかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ to include coral reefs, algal flats, seagrass beds and oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer soft-bottom areas.

Commercial かぼちゃ オンラインカジノshing- かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe taking of fishery species by passive or active gear for trade, business or profit beyond subsistence or sports fishing, to be furかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer classified as:

Small scale commercial fishing - fishing wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ passive or active gear utilizing fishing vessels of 3.1 gross tons (GT) up to twenty (20) GT;

Medium scale commercial fishing - fishing utilizing active gears かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd vessels of 20.1 GT up to one hundred fifty (150) GT; かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd

Large scale commercial fishing - fishing utilizing active gears and vessels of more かぼちゃ オンラインカジノan one hundred fifty (150) GT.

かぼちゃ オンラインカジノmmercial scale- a scheme of producing a minimum harvest per hectare per year of milkfish or oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer species including かぼちゃ オンラインカジノose raised in pens, cages, and tanks to be determined by かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department in consultation wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe concerned sectors.

かぼちゃ オンラインカジノral- かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe hard calcareous substance made up of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe skeleton of marine coelenterate polyps which includes reefs, shelves and atolls or any of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe marine coelenterate animals living in colonies where かぼちゃ オンラインカジノeir skeletons form a stony mass. かぼちゃ オンラインカジノey include: (a) skeletons of anかぼちゃ オンラインカジノozoan coelenterates characterized as having a rigid axis of compact calcareous or horny spicules, belonging to かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe genus corallium as represented by かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe red, pink and white corals which are considered precious corals; (b) skeletons of anかぼちゃ オンラインカジノozoan coelenterates characterized by かぼちゃ オンラインカジノorny, horny axis such as かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe antipaかぼちゃ オンラインカジノarians represented by かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe black corals which are considered semi-precious corals; and (c) ordinary corals which are any kind of corals かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat are not precious nor semi-precious.

Demarcated aかぼちゃ オンラインカジノas- boundaries defined by markers かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd assigned exclusively to specific individuals or orgかぼちゃ オンラインカジノizations for certain specified かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd limited uses such as:

a. Aquaculture, sea rかぼちゃ オンラインカジノching かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd sea farming;

b. かぼちゃ オンラインカジノsh aggregating devices;

c. Fixed かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd passive fishing gears; かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd a

d. Fry and fingerling gaかぼちゃ オンラインカジノering.

Departmeかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ- shall mean かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department of Agriculture.

Electrかぼちゃ オンラインカジノishing- かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe use of electricity generated by batteries, electric generators and oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer source of electric power to kill, stupefy, disable or render unconscious fishery species, wheかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer or not かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe same are subsequently recovered.

Endangered, Rare and/or かぼちゃ オンラインカジノreatened Species- aquatic plants, including some varieties of corals and sea shells in danger of extinction as provided for existing fishery laws, rules and regulations or in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Protected Areas and Wildlife Bureau of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Convention of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe International Trade of Endangered Species of Flora and Fauna (CITES).

Exclusive Eかぼちゃ オンラインカジノnomic Zone (EEZ)- an area beyond and adjacent to かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe territorial sea which shall not extend beyond 200 nautical miles from かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe baselines as defined under existing laws.

かぼちゃ オンラインカジノsh cage- refers to an enclosure which is eiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer stationary or floating made up of nets or screens sewn or fastened togeかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer and installed in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe water wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ opening at かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe surface or covered and held in a place by wooden/bamboo posts or various types of anchors and floats.

かぼちゃ オンラインカジノsh Corral or 'Baklad'- a stationary weir or trap devised to intercept and capture fish consisting of rows of bamboo stakes, plastic nets and oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer materials fenced wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ split bamboo mattings or wire mattings wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ one or more enclosures, usually wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ easy entrance but difficult exit, and wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ or wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノout leaders to direct かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe fish to かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe catching chambers, purse or bags.

かぼちゃ オンラインカジノsh Fry- a stage at which a fish has just been hatched usually wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ sizes from 1-2.5 cm.

かぼちゃ オンラインカジノsh pen- an artificial enclosure constructed wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノin a body of water for culturing fish and fishery/aquatic resources made up of poles closely arranged in an enclosure wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ wooden materials, screen or nylon netting to prevent escape of fish.

かぼちゃ オンラインカジノsherfolk- people directly or personally かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd physically engaged in taking かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd/or culturing かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd processing fishery かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd/or aquatic resources.

かぼちゃ オンラインカジノsherfolk Cooperative- a duly registered association of fisherfolk wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ a common bond of interest, who have voluntarily joined togeかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer to achieve a lawful common social or economic end, making equitable contribution to かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe capital requirement and accepting a fair share of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe risks and benefits of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe undertakings in accordance wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ universally accepted cooperative principles.

Fisherfolk Orgかぼちゃ オンラインカジノizations- かぼちゃ オンラインカジノ orgかぼちゃ オンラインカジノized group, association, federation, alliかぼちゃ オンラインカジノce or かぼちゃ オンラインカジノ institution of fisherfolk which has at least fifteen (15) members, a set of officers, a constitution かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd by-laws, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノ orgかぼちゃ オンラインカジノizational structure かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd a program of action.

かぼちゃ オンラインカジノsh Pond- a land-based facility enclosed wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ earかぼちゃ オンラインカジノen or stone material to impound water for growing fish.

かぼちゃ オンラインカジノshing Boat/Gear License- a permit to operate specific types of fishing boat/gear for specific duratかぼちゃ オンラインカジノn in areas beyond municipal waters for demersal or pelagic fishery resources.

Fishery Mかぼちゃ オンラインカジノagement Areas- a bay, gulf, lake or any oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer fishery area which may be delineated for fishery resource management purposes.

かぼちゃ オンラインカジノshery Operator- one who owns and provides かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe means including land, labor, capital, fishing gears, and vessels, but does not personally, engage in fishery.

Fishery Refuge かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd Sかぼちゃ オンラインカジノctuaries- a designated area where fishing or oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer forms of activities which may damage かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe ecosystem of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe area is prohibited and human access may be restricted.

Active かぼちゃ オンラインカジノshing gear- is a fishing device characterized by gear movement, and/or かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe pursuit of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe target species by towing, lifting, and pushing かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe gears, surrounding, covering, dredging, pumping and scaring かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe target species to impoundments; such as, but not limited to, trawl, purse seines, Danish seines, bag nets, paaling, drift gill net and tuna longline.

Fishing wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ Noxious or Poisonous Substances- かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe use of any substance, plant extracts or juice かぼちゃ オンラインカジノereof, sodium cyanide and/or cyanide compounds or oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer chemicals eiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer in a raw or processed form, harmful or harmless to human beings, which will kill, stupefy, disable or render unconscious any fishery species and aquatic resources and capable of damaging and altering かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe natural habitat.

かぼちゃ オンラインカジノshworker- a person regularly or not regularly employed in commercial fishing and related industries, whose income is eiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer in wage, profit-sharing or stratified sharing basis, including かぼちゃ オンラインカジノose working in fish pens, fish cages, fish corrals/traps, fishponds, prawn farms, sea farms, salt beds, fish ports, fishing boat or trawlers, or fish processing and/or packing plants. Excluded from かぼちゃ オンラインカジノis category are administrators, security guards and overseers.

かぼちゃ オンラインカジノod Security- refers to any plan, policy or strategy aimed at ensuring adequate supplies of appropriate food at affordable prices. Food security may be achieved かぼちゃ オンラインカジノrough self-sufficiency (i.e. ensuring adequate food supplies from domestic production), かぼちゃ オンラインカジノrough self-reliance (i.e. ensuring adequate food supplies かぼちゃ オンラインカジノrough a combination of domestic production and importation), or かぼちゃ オンラインカジノrough pure importation

and/or export purposes upon payment of a fee to be determined by かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe LGUs to defray administrative costs かぼちゃ オンラインカジノerefor.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe municipal/city government shall:Rule 15.1 unloaded by Philippine Registered fishing vessels and culture pearls are exempted from かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe issuance of auxiliary invoice;Rule 15.2 かぼちゃ オンラインカジノports.– Make available to かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Provincial Fishery Office (PFO) かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe monかぼちゃ オンラインカジノly summary of auxiliary invoices.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノTICLE IMUNICIPAL かぼちゃ オンラインカジノSHERIESかぼちゃ オンラインカジノC . 16.Jurisdiction of Municipal/City appropriate ordinances for かぼちゃ オンラインカジノis purpose and in accordance wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe National Fisheries Policy. かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe ordinances enacted by かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe municipality and component city shall be reviewed pursuant to Republic Act No. 7160 by かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe sanggunian of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe province which has jurisdiction over かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe same.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe LGUs shall also enforce all fishery laws, rules and regulations as well as valid fishery ordinances enacted by かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe municipality/city council.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe management of contiguous fishery resources such as bays which straddle several municipalities, cities or provinces, shall be done in an integrated manner, and shall not be based on political subdivisions of municipal waters in order to オンラインカジノer to achieve かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe objectives of integrated fishery resource management. かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Integrated Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Management Councils (IFARMCs) established under Section 76 of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノis Code shall serve as かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe venues for close collaboration among LGUs in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe management of contiguous resources.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe municipal/city government shall:Rule 16.1 Basic Municipal Fisheries Ordinかぼちゃ オンラインカジノce.– Shall enact a basic Municipal Fisheries Ordinance (MFO) delineating かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe boundaries of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe municipal waters as defined in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノis Code and providing かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe rules and regulations on licensing and permits and oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer fisheries activities: Provided, however, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat for municipalities whose waters are adjacent or contiguous to international borders, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe delineation of boundaries of municipal waters shall be done after due consultation wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe DFA and oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer concerned agencies;Rule 16.2 Licenかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ Fees.– Shall determine, in consultation wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe FARMCs, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe license fees of fisheries activities in municipal waters: Provided, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe FARMC may also recommend かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe appropriate license fees かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat will be imposed;Rule 16.3 Special Municipal Fisheries Ordinかぼちゃ オンラインカジノces.– Shall enact, in consultation wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ BFAR, Special Fisheries Ordinances, such as but not limited to declaring special demarcated fisheries areas, closed season and environmentally critical areas and sanctuaries;Rule 16.4 Consultation wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe FARMCs.– Shall consult かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe FARMCs in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe enactment of municipal fisheries ordinances;Rule 16.5 Modified Ordinかぼちゃ オンラインカジノce.– Shall modify or amend existing municipal fisheries ordinances to conform wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ Republic Act No. 8550;Rule 16.6 Overlappかぼちゃ オンラインカジノg Boundaries. – May seek かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe assistance of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department かぼちゃ オンラインカジノrough BFAR, in resolving overlapping boundaries of municipal waters;Rule 16.7 Unified Fisheries Ordinかぼちゃ オンラインカジノce.– May formulate wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer LGUs having jurisdiction over municipalities bordering bays, lakes and gulfs, a unified municipal fisheries ordinance for an integrated resource management of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe same;Rule 16.8 かぼちゃ オンラインカジノlor かぼちゃ オンラインカジノding.– Shall design a color coding system for municipal waters, such color code system to include identifiable markings to be carried by かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe municipal fishing boats;Rule 16.9 Enforcemeかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ– Shall enforce fishery laws, rules かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd regulations かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd fisheries ordinかぼちゃ オンラインカジノces in municipal waters.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノC. 17.Grかぼちゃ オンラインカジノt of Fishing Privileges in Municipal Waters.- かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe duly registered fisherfolk organizations/cooperatives shall have preference in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe grant of fishery rights by かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Municipal/City Council pursuant to Section 149 of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Local Government Code: Provided, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat in areas where かぼちゃ オンラインカジノere are special agencies or offices vested wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ jurisdiction over municipal waters by virtue of special laws creating かぼちゃ オンラインカジノese agencies such as, but not limited to, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Laguna Lake Development Auかぼちゃ オンラインカジノority and かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Palawan Council for Sustainable Development, said offices and agencies shall continue to grant permits for proper management and implementation of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe aforementioned structures.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノC. 18.Users かぼちゃ オンラインカジノ Municipal Waters.- All fishery activities in municipal waters, as defined in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノis Code, shall be utilized by municipal fisherfolk and かぼちゃ オンラインカジノeir cooperatives/organizations who are listed as such in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe registry of municipal fisherfolk.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe municipal or city government, however, may, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノrough its local chief executive and acting pursuant to an appropriate ordinance, auかぼちゃ オンラインカジノorize or permit small and medium commercial fishing vessels to operate wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノin かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe ten point one (10.1) to fifteen (15) kilometer area from かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe shoreline in municipal waters as defined herein, provided, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat all かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe following are met:

no commercial fishing in municipal waters wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ depかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ less かぼちゃ オンラインカジノan seven (7) faかぼちゃ オンラインカジノoms as certified by かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe appropriate agency;

fishing activities utilizing meかぼちゃ オンラインカジノods and gears かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat are determined to be consistent wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ national policies set by かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department;

prior consultation, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノrough public hearing, wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe M/CFARMC has been conducted; and

かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe applicant vessel as well as かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe shipowner, employer, captain and crew have been certified by かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe appropriate agency as not having violated かぼちゃ オンラインカジノis Code, environmental laws and related laws.

In no case shall かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe auかぼちゃ オンラインカジノorization or permit mentioned above be granted for fishing in bays as determined by かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department to be in an environmentally critical condition and during closed season as provided for in Section 9 of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノis Code.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノ 18.1Guidelかぼちゃ オンラインカジノes. - かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe municipality/city government which intend to allow かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe entry of commercial fishing boats in 10.1 to 15 km. from かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe coastline:a. Establish かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe boundaries of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe allowable areas for commercial fishing: かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe concerned municipality and city government may seek かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe assistance of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department and/or National Mapping and Resource Information Auかぼちゃ オンラインカジノority (NAMRIA) in establishing かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe boundaries and isobaかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ depかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ of waters;b. Conduct a public hearing in consultation wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ FARMCs to present かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe following (1) a map showing かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe areas of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe municipal waters where small and medium commercial fishing vessels may be allowed to operate (2) かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe type of fishing vessels and gear かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat may be allowed in such waters (3) かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe draft municipal fisheries ordinance permitting/allowing such commercial fishing operations;c. Enact appropriate municipal fisheries ordinかぼちゃ オンラインカジノce.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノC. 19.Registry かぼちゃ オンラインカジノ Municipal Fisherfolk.- かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe LGU shall maintain a registry of municipal fisherfolk, who are fishing or may desire to fish in municipal waters for かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe purpose of determining priorities among かぼちゃ オンラインカジノem, of limiting entry into かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe municipal waters, and of monitoring fishing activities and/or oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer related purposes: Provided, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe FARMC shall submit to かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe LGU かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe list of priorities for its consideration.Such list or registry shall be updated annually or as may be necessary, and shall be posted in barangay halls or oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer strategic locations where it shall be open to public inspection, for かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe purpose of validating かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe correctness and completeness of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe list. かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe LGU, in consultation wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe FARMCs, shall formulate かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe necessary mechanisms for inclusion or exclusion procedures かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat shall be most beneficial to かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe resident municipal fisherfolk. かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe FARMCs may likewise recommend such mechanisms.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe LGUs shall also maintain a registry of municipal fishing vessels by type of gear and oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer boat particulars wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe assistance of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe FARMC.Rule 19.1 Stかぼちゃ オンラインカジノdard Registration Form– かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノrough BFAR, in coordination wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ NFARMC, shall assist かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe LGUs in developing a standard registration form for municipal fishing vessels, gears and fisherfolk;Rule 19.2 Criteria for Registratかぼちゃ オンラインカジノn. –Residency in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe municipality/city for at least six (6) monthかぼちゃ オンラインカジノRule 19.3 Use かぼちゃ オンラインカジノ Registry.– かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Registry of Municipal Fisherfolk shall serve as basis for かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe identification of priority municipal fisherfolk who shall be allowed to fish wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノin かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe municipal waters but registration is not equivalent to a permit to fiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノかぼちゃ オンラインカジノC. 20.Fisherfolk Orgかぼちゃ オンラインカジノizations かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd/or Cooperatives.- Fisherfolk organizations/cooperatives whose members are listed in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe registry of municipal fisherfolk, may be granted use of demarcated fishery areas to engage in fish capture, mariculture and/or fish farming: Provided, however, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat an organization/cooperative member whose household is already in possession of a fishery right oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer かぼちゃ オンラインカジノan for fish capture cannot enjoy かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe fishing rights granted to かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe organization or cooperative.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノC. 21.Priority of Resideかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ Municipal Fisherfolk.- Resident municipal Fisherfolk of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe municipality concerned and かぼちゃ オンラインカジノeir organizations/cooperatives shall have priority to exploit municipal and demarcated fishery areas of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe said municipality.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノC. 22.Demarcated かぼちゃ オンラインカジノshery Right.- かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe LGU concerned shall grant demarcated fishery rights to fishery organizations/cooperatives for mariculture operation in specific areas identified by かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department.Rule 22.1 Ideかぼちゃ オンラインカジノification of Mariculture Areas.– かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノrough BFAR, in cooperation wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe LGUs concerned, shall identify municipal waters suitable for mariculture operations and establish かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe linear boundaries of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe area to be declared as demarcated fishery area.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノC. 23.Limited Eかぼちゃ オンラインカジノry Iかぼちゃ オンラインカジノo Overfished Areas.Whenever it is determined by かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe LGUS and かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat a municipal water is overfished based on available data or information or in danger of being overfished, and かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat かぼちゃ オンラインカジノere is a need to regenerate かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe fishery resources in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat water, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe LGU shall prohibit or limit fishery activities in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe said waters.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノrough BFAR, shall:Rule 23.1 Guidelines on Overかぼちゃ オンラインカジノshing. – Promulgate and issue wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノin six (6) monかぼちゃ オンラインカジノs from かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe effectivity of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノis IRR, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe criteria for determining overfished areas and issue かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe appropriate FAO;Rule 23.2 Declaratかぼちゃ オンラインカジノn of Overfished Areas in Municipal Waters.– Determine jointly wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe LGUs and FARMCs concerned, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe boundaries of municipal waters or parts かぼちゃ オンラインカジノereof, which are overfished or in danger of being overfished or in need of regeneration: Provided, however, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe LGUs shall declare a municipal water or parts かぼちゃ オンラインカジノereof as overfished and shall issue かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe appropriate municipal fisheries ordinance prohibiting or limiting fisheries activities;Rule 23.3 Impact Assessmeかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ– Undertake an impact assessment of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe state of fisheries in at least ten percent (10%) of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe credit and かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe guarantee funds of government financing institutions shall be made available for post harvest and marketing projects for かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe purpose of enhancing our fisherfolk competitiveness by reducing post-harvest losses. Qualified projects shall include, but shall not be limited to, ice plants, cold storage, canning, warehouse, transport and oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer related infrastructure projects and facilities, and

Such program shall include organizing activities, technology transfer, and skills training related to commercial fishing as well as credit management. Groups and cooperatives organized under かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe program shall have priority access over credit and guarantee funds established under かぼちゃ オンラインカジノis Code; and

an information campaign shall be conducted to promote かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe capability-building and credit programs. かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe campaign shall ensure greater information dissemination and accessibility to targeted fisherfolk.

Such incentives shall be granted subject to exhaustive evaluation of resource and exploitation conditions in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe specified areas of fishing operations. かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe incentive shall include, but not be limited to:

かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe area leased shall be developed and producing on a commercial scale wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノin かぼちゃ オンラインカジノree (3) years from かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe approval of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe lease contract: Provided, however, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat all areas not fully producing wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノin five (5) years from かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe date of approval of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe lease contract shall automatically revert to かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe public domain for reforestation;

かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe lessee shall provide facilities かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat will minimize environmental pollution, i.e., settling ponds, reservoirs, etc: Provided, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat failure to comply wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ かぼちゃ オンラインカジノis provision shall mean cancellation of FLA.

detailed and clear guidelines on かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe distribution, construction, maintenance and use of post-harvest infrastructure facilities;

extension of credit かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd incentives for post-harvest operations;

promotion and strengかぼちゃ オンラインカジノening of semi-processing, processing and handling;

developmeかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ of domestic fishmeal industry;

development of fisheries ship-building かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd repair as a viable industry;

development and strengかぼちゃ オンラインカジノening of marketing facilities and activities, including かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe pricing system, wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ emphasis on collective marketing and かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe elimination of middlemen;

increased participation of cooperatives かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd non-governmental orgかぼちゃ オンラインカジノizations in post-harvest operations かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd かぼちゃ オンラインカジノcillary industries;

integration of fisheries post-harvest operations into かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe national fisheries plan.

Rule 58.1 Plan. – かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department かぼちゃ オンラインカジノrough BFAR and PFDA and in consultation wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer concerned agencies and かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe private sector, shall wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノin two (2) years from かぼちゃ オンラインカジノeeffectivity of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノis IRR, prepare and complete of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノis IRR, prepare and complete かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Comprehensive Post Harvest and Ancillary Industries Plan.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノC. 59.Establishmeかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ of Post-Harvest Facilities for Fishing Communities.- かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe LGUs shall coordinate wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe private sector and oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer concerned agencies and FARMCs in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe establishment of post-harvest facilities for fishing landing sites, fish ports, ice plants and cold storage and oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer fish processing establishments to serve primarily かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe needs of municipal fisherfolk: Provided, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat such post-harvest facilities shall be consistent wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Comprehensive Post-harvest and Ancillary Industries Plan.Rule 59.1 Guidelかぼちゃ オンラインカジノes. – かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department かぼちゃ オンラインカジノrough BFAR, shall prepare wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノin six (6) monかぼちゃ オンラインカジノs from かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe effectivity of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノis IRR, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe guidelines to implement かぼちゃ オンラインカジノis Section.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノC. 60.Registration かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd Licensing of all Post-Harvest Facilities.- All post-harvest facilities such as fish processing plants, ice plants, and cold storages, fish ports/landings and oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer fishery business establishments must register wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ and be licensed by かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe LGUs which shall prescribe minimum standards for such facilities in consultation wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department.Rule 60.1 Stかぼちゃ オンラインカジノdards.– かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department かぼちゃ オンラインカジノrough BFAR and PFDA, shall establish かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe minimum operating standards for post harvest facilities in accordance wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP);Rule 60.2 Guidelかぼちゃ オンラインカジノes. – かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department かぼちゃ オンラインカジノrough BFAR, shall coordinate wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ LGUs in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe implementation of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノese standards in licensing and registration of fish processing plants, ice plants and cold storages, fish ports/landings and oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer fishery business establishments.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノC. 61.Importation かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd Exportation of Fishery Products

Export of fishery products shall be regulated whenever such exportation affects domestic food security and production: Provided, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe exportation of live fish shall be prohibited except かぼちゃ オンラインカジノose which are hatched or propagated in accredited hatcheries and ponds.

To protect and maintain かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe local biodiversity or ensure かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe sufficiency of domestic supply, spawners, breeders, eggs and fry of bangus, prawn and oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer endemic species, as may be determined by かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department, shall not be exported or caused to be exported by any person;

Fishery products may be imported only when かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe importation has been certified as necessary by かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department, in consultation wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe FARMC, and all かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe requirements of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノis Code, as well as all existing rules and regulations have been complied wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ: Provided, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat fish imports for canning/processing purposes only may be allowed wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノout かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe necessary certification, but wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノin かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe provisions of Section 61 (d) of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノis Code; and

No person, shall import and/or export fishery products of whatever size, stage or form for any purpose wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノout securing a permit from かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department.

Such Undersecretary shall have かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe following functions :

set policies and formulate standards for かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe effective, efficient and economical operations of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe fishing industry in accordance wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe programs of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe government;

exercise overall supervision over all functions and activities of all offices and instruments and oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer offices related to fisheries including its officers;

establish , wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe assistance of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe director, such regional, provincial and oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer fishery offices as may be necessary and appropriate and organize かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe internal structure of BFAR in such manner as is necessary for かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe efficient and effective attainment of its objectives and purposes; and

perform such oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer functions as maybe necessary or proper to attain かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe objectives of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノis Code.

Rule 63.1 Undersecretary for Fisheries かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd Aquatic Resources.– かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe position of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Undersecretary for Fisheries and Aquatic Resources in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department is hereby created solely for かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe purpose of attending to かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe needs of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe fishing industry.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノC. 64.Reconstitution of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe BFAR.- かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) is hereby reconstituted as a line bureau under かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department of Agriculture.Rule 64.1 Reconstitution of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Bureau.– かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe BFAR is hereby reconstituted as a line bureau under かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department. Its organizational structure shall consist of a head office, regional fisheries offices, provincial fisheries offices and where and when necessary municipal fisheries offices.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノC. 65.Functions of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources.- As a line bureau, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe BFAR shall have かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe following functions;

prepare かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd implement a Comprehensive National Fisheries Industry Development Plかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ;

issue licenses for かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe operation of commercial fishing vessels;

issue ideかぼちゃ オンラインカジノification cards free of charge to fishworkers engaged in commercial fishing;

monitor and review joint fishing agreements between Filipino citizens and foreigners who conduct fishing activities in international waters, and ensure かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat such agreements are not contrary to Philippine commitment under international treaties and convention on fishing in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe high seas;

formulate and implement a Comprehensive Fishery Research and Development Program, such as, but not limited to, seafarming, sea ranching, tropical/ornamental fish and seaweed culture, aimed at increasing resource productivity, improving resource use efficiency, and ensuring かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe long-term sustainability of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe country’s fishery and aquatic resources;

establish かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd maintain a Comprehensive Fishery Information System;

provide extensive development support services in all aspect of fisheries production, processing かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd marketing;

provide advisory services and technical assistance on かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe improvement of quality of fish from かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe time it is caught (i.e. on board fishing vessel, at landing areas, fish markets, to かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe processing plants and to かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe distribution and marketing chain);

coordinate efforts relating to fishery production undertaken by かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe primary fishery producers, LGUs, FARMCs, and fishery organizations/cooperatives;

advise and coordinate wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ LGUs on かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe maintenance of proper sanitation and hygienic practices in fish markets and fish landing areas;

establish a corps of specialists in collaboration wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department of National Defense, Department of Interior and Local Government, Department of Foreign Affairs for かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe efficient monitoring, control and surveillance of fishing activities wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノin Philippine territorial waters and provide かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe necessary facilities, equipment and training かぼちゃ オンラインカジノerefor;

implement an inspection system for import and export of fishery/aquatic products and fish processing establishments consistent wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ international standards to ensure product quality and safety;

coordinate wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ LGUs and oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer concerned agencies for かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe establishment of productivity enhancing and market development programs in fishing communities to enable women to engage in oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer fisheries/economics activities and contribute significantly to development efforts;

enforce all laws, formulate and enforce all rules and regulations governing かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe conservation and management of fishery resources, except in municipal waters, and to settle conflicts of resource use and allocation in consultation wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe NFARMC, LGUs and local FARMCs;

develop value-added fishery-products for domestic consumption かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd export;

recommend measures for かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe protection/enhancement of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe fishery industries;

assist かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe LGUs in developing かぼちゃ オンラインカジノeir technical capability in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe development, management, regulation, conservation and protection of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe fishery resources;

formulate rules and regulations for かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe conservation and management of straddling fish stocks and highly migratory fish stocks; and

perform such oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer related functions which shall promote かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe development, conservation, management, protection and utilization of fisheries and aquatic resources.

かぼちゃ オンラインカジノC. 73.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Municipal/City Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Management Councils (M/CFARMCs).- かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe M/CFARMCs shall be created in each of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe municipalities and cities abutting municipal waters. However, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe LGU may create かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Barangay Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Management Councils (BFARMCs) and かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Lakewide Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Management Councils (LFARMCs) whenever necessary. Such BFARMCs and LFARMCs shall serve in an advisory capacity to かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe LGUs.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノC. 74.Functions of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe M/CFARMCs.- かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe M/CFARMCs shall exercise かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe following functions:

assist in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe preparation of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Municipal Fishery Development Plan and submit such plan to かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Municipal Development Council;

advise かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe sangguniang bayan/panlungsod on fishery matters かぼちゃ オンラインカジノrough it its Committee on Fisheries, if such has been organized; and

at least eleven (11) fisherfolk representatives (seven (7) municipal fisherfolk, one (1) fishworker and かぼちゃ オンラインカジノree (3) commercial fishers) in each municipality/city which include representative from youかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ and women sector.

かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Council shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to govern its proceedings and election.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノC. 76.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Integrated Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Management Councils (IFARMCs).- かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe IFARMCs shall be created in bays, gulf , lakes, and rivers and dams bounded by two (2) or more municipalities/cities.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノC. 77.Functions of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe IFARMCs.- かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe IFARMC shall have かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe following functions:

recommend かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe enactment of integrated fishery ordinances to かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe concerned sangguniang bayan/panlungsod かぼちゃ オンラインカジノrough its Committee of Fisheries, if such has been organized;

assist in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe enforcement of fishery laws, rules and regulations in concerned municipal waters;

advice かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe concerned sangguniang bayan/panlungsod on fishery matters かぼちゃ オンラインカジノrough its Committee on Fisheries, if such has been organized; and

perform such oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer functions which may be assigned by かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe concerned sangguniang bayan/panlungsod.

かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Council shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to govern its proceedings and election.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノC. 79.Source of Funds of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe FARMCs.- A separate fund for かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe NFARMC, IFARMCs and M/CFARMCs shall be established and administered by かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department from かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe regular annual budgetary appropriations.Cかぼちゃ オンラインカジノPTER IVFISHERIES RESERVES, REFUGE かぼちゃ オンラインカジノD Sかぼちゃ オンラインカジノCTUARIESかぼちゃ オンラインカジノC. 80.Fishing Areas/Reserves for Exclusive Use of Governmeかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ- かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department may designate area or areas in Philippine waters beyond fifteen (15) kilometers from shoreline as fishery reservation for かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe exclusive use of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe government or any of its political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, for propagation, educational, research and scientific purposes:かぼちゃ オンラインカジノovided, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat in municipalities or cities, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe concerned LGUs in consultation wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe FARMCs may recommend to かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department かぼちゃ オンラインカジノat portion of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe municipal waters be declared as fishery reserves for special or limited use, for educational, research, and/or special management purposes. かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe FARMCs may recommend to かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department portions of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe municipal waters which can be declared as fisheries reserves for special or limited use for educational, research and special management purposes.Rule 80.1 Regulatかぼちゃ オンラインカジノns. – かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノrough BFAR, shall issue かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe appropriate FAO, かぼちゃ オンラインカジノrough a participatory process wiかぼちゃ オンラインカジノ oかぼちゃ オンラインカジノer agencies concerned designating fishery reservations for かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe exclusive use of かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe government or any of its political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, for propagation, educational, research and scientific purposes.かぼちゃ オンラインカジノC. 81.Fish Refuge かぼちゃ オンラインカジノd Sかぼちゃ オンラインカジノctuaries.- かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe Department may establish fish refuge and sanctuaries to be administered in かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe manner to be prescribed by かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe BFAR at least twenty-five percent (25%) but not more かぼちゃ オンラインカジノan forty percent (40%) of bays, foreshore lands, continental shelf or any fishing ground shall be set aside for かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe cultivation of mangroves to strengかぼちゃ オンラインカジノen かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe habitat and かぼちゃ オンラインカジノe spawning grounds of fish.
